With my first grandchild on the way (I am still in shock!), I needed a special card for the baby shower last weekend. Baby Bundle to the rescue!
This card uses Pretty in Pink as a base (my favorite for baby girl cards!), whisper white (which was sponged around the edges), and retired Tea Party DSP. The carriage and baby were colored with Stampin’ Pastels. The heart was stamped, cut out, and glittered before being mounted on a dimensional. Dazzling Diamonds glitter dresses up the dots. The sentiment is also from the Baby Bundle stamp set. It was punched out with the Word Window punch, which was layered on top of the DSP punched with the Modern Label punch. Stick-on pearls dress it up. The card was lined with DSP and the sweet Eyelet Border punch finshes the edge nicely.
To make this even more special, the envelope was lined with the DSP, sponged, and stamped. The inside of the card was lined, and a layer of Whisper White was sponged and stamped with the shower sentiment from the set.
P.S. I’m off to Kansas City for a few days, so I will miss the arrival of my new catalog. But be on the lookout soon for sneak peeks from the new catalog that starts July 1st!
